There is no way I would expose myself OR the landowner to any more liability than absolutely necessary. Only way to do business IMO. We also formed an LLC last year to furthur protect us from liability.
We ALWAYS have a practising doctor and at least 3 EMT's at each hunt. The EMT's are airport emergency personnel and have all the emergency gear necessary. You just never know with all those old, fat farts like me climbing up and down hills diggin' lots of holes. In my mind this would also limit liability but more importantly, its the right thing to do for the participants comfort and piece of mind.
