I guess I still don't know what you are asking? It seems that you are asking if this is a side venue...but to what? To my regular life? My wife and kids say this is all I am interested in and they they are a side venue

Nope..this is Metal Detecting Online...a new experiment in online detecting forums. I am solely responsible for the site. I would like to have this become a site where folks can enjoy all other forum sites and come join in to our conversations over here also. I have no great ego that needs stroking. I don't think this is the only forum you should read. That would become boring to me... I think we should enjoy and learn from all the internet has to offer. I hope you do not feel I am dodging a question. I would really like to get this out of the way.... Ask away again if you need to..
