Metal Detecting Online

I for one was going to post something this AM, but deleted it. I was personally offended when you posted the amnesty deal for many of us to come flocking back to the above mentioned site. I still have many friends over there, but after the way I was mostly treated by a homophobic Arizona poster, whom does not even know me, and by being told directly that "your bad for my business" after I stated on yet another site that I enjoyed their hunt and would definitely enjoy being selected to attend another one..... I said thank you and nice knowing you. Pretty cut and dry and for that, no matter what...permanently lost a loyal customer and friend. All I asked for was an apology! That would be a great start for bringing back the community. I've mentioned this directly to you before and will again restate it here...delete away if needed. I like your forum a lot, but somehow the better senses in me says there has been a permanent wedge driven in the hobby, friendships and the collecting community that will never be repaired. I asked a question a week ago about this being a side venue ect. It was never answered... I'm not sure why.... unless P-Cap has a point in his post above this.
