Metal Detecting Online

No not much iron at all, but getting pretty thin in the coin dept. I think I may have found an area that had been looked over in the past as these were found in about 20 minutes of an all day hunt. One of those deals that keeps you thinking your going to find more but don't. Randy says he won't ever go there again and I probably would agree. Seems like all of our sites that have been good to us for the past 15 to 20 years are finally getting pretty slim in the OLD coin dept. We have continued to hit them year after year as detectors have improved and unless something better comes along I believe we've cleaned them out. Gone are the days of finding 5 to 10 silvers in an outing in these spots, which was the norm at one time. I can remember back in the 70's finding pockets full of coins on a single outing, not any more. Need to find a virgin area, but are hard to find any more.
