Thank you for the questions. Let me try to run down them in order to see if I can clear any of them up.

To my knowledge no banned member has ever presented an item for submission in the magazine. In order for censorship to exist there must be present material to censor. As publisher I reserve the right to place and use content as I deem necessary for the benefit of the work. Read any magazine in the world today and you will most likely find that disclaimer on or attached to all. I review all submissions fairly whether they are finds or articles. I likewise welcome submissions from all aspects of the hobby and look forward to reviewing each of them.

Indeed, the magazine does represent a small percentage of Civil War recoveries because we are an inclusive magazine for the hobby of metal detecting. We offer articles and submissions from all aspects of the hobby, from relic hunting to beach hunting. As for being positive, our layout is designed on a personal and family level for the enjoyment of the reader and his/her family.

It is also my interest and all of our interests to reflect positive light on OUR hobby from all angles. There has not been one negative word published yet and there never will be. I am in this for a very selfish reason. I want to do my part in trying to grow our hobby, enthuse our future generations and make some friends a long the way.
