The State of Virginia has got to change its' name...!!!

We have decided that the State of Virginia has got to change its' name. Unfortunately our forum pervert is still attempting to post messages. The filter catches him and it now takes me just one click to delete all moderated posts on a forum.

Anyhow...the State of Virginia always gets filtered also. Can you guess why? If you guess right..the message will be moderated. I will write a letter to the Governor today to get the process started.
