My name is John and I live way up north in Edmonton. I have been using Garrett's for about 15 years. My first one was a GTA 500, and I have owned nearly every model produced since then. I should soon be breaking the 100,000 coin mark and found about 600 rings to date. The Imaging feature is great for coin hunting and allows me to make a split second decision as to a targets size, allowing for more digging time for coin sized objects.
I hunt for coins, jewellry (in water), relics and hunt all year. The winters find me hunting toboggan hills for coins and jewellry. A great way to de-stress from work and add years your life. I really enjoy reading adventures built on metal detecting. And I am glad to share my knowledge using Garrett machines in any way I can.
I hope to make some new friends on this forum...don't be shy
