If you were using those little beach scoops with that Infinium you had a problem for sure. i have been using a scoop like you just bought for a while. You might want to consider a magnet in the back of it. I use a speaker magnet to get rid of the small bits of iron that can sometimes drive you crazy. I just glue it in the rear of the scoop with silicone glue. Another tip is to use that same silicone glue to seal the area under the handle. Coins and tiny rings tend to land in that area under the handle only to leave you wondering where the heck it went.
