I forgot to mention to Joka yesterday that I am using the 3H setting on the F75. It gives me just that little bit more information that I am looking for to slow me down and recheck a target.
Myself and the guys that hunt with me have found the we can typically ignore target signals that ID 16 and under. Those have always been foil or small bird shot or some other target not worth digging. When I was in England detecting several years back the main problem in the fields we hunted was the foil milk bottle caps. They were everywhere we went. With the tone at 3H the nickel is moved up to a higher tone which helps me identify targets.
